I purchased the charge HR and needed a complete guide to help me figure out how to fully utilize my band. Unfortunately this guide did not have anything about the Charge HR in it. Really wasted my money and time that I had to wait for it.

Certainly not a complete guide!

This is certainly not a complete guide to using the Fitbit. For a start it does not include the full range of products marketed under the name Fitbit. I have a Fitbit Charge HR and this slim book does not mention any products that have the heart monitor function. Calling itself a complete guide,
I bought it specifically for some help in really understanding the Fitbit app and ways of customizing the dashboard and understanding clever ways to get through the challenges of trying to accurately summarize the calorific value of the food one eats.
On the plus side this pamphlet talks about ways you can help yourself become motivated to get fit, ways in which you can use the fitbit as part of a wider strategy to stay fit and healthy and common ways in which we undermine ourselves in staying focused. It is absolutely no help in getting you to use all the different aspects of the dashboard more easily or mention the newer products in the range. If you want some generic motivational help to get fit, and use a piece of technology to help, it might just be worth the cost - but not for me!
